Terms and Conditions

All renters must meet the following requirements:

• Be over 21 years old.
• Provide a valid identification document.
• Hold a valid Australian driver's licence or a licence from their home country. The licence must be in English or accompanied by an international driver's permit.
• Present a valid credit card in their name. The credit card must have enough available credit to cover the cost of the rental, as well as any additional fees, such as insurance and kilometres charges.

• Reservations will be fulfilled with vehicles of the same category or, if not available, a vehicle of a superior category will be provided.
• No reservation request is valid without BILD confirmation by reservation number.
• The rented vehicle may only be driven by the holder of the rental contract, or by someone designated by BILD beforehand.
• The return of the van is allowed with 1 (one) hour of tolerance for its return. After the tolerance hour, half a day's rental will be charged. After 5 hours, a full day's rental will be charged.

• A checklist of the vehicles will be done at the time of van delivery, ensuring that the van is returned as it was delivered, as well as with a full tank of fuel.
• Payments are accepted through credit cards.

By hiring a van from BILD Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

• Use the van only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic and road safety regulations.
• Not to use the van for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the rental period.
• Return the van in the same condition as when it was received, including cleanliness and fuel level.
• Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately to BILD Rentals.
• Pay for any damage to the van caused during your rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Not to smoke inside the van at any time. A cleaning fee will be charged for vans returned with evidence of smoking.
